Gourmet tourism is a culinary experience that takes place in our inns, our great restaurants, our vineyards and even on the shores of the lake. The agri-food products that make up our cuisine relate to the region’s history, and to the tastes and know-how of our culinary artisans.

Duck is without doubt the product of choice in Brome Lake, with a brand asked for by name around the world, and specially prepared by our local chefs, who themselves are renowned among both our Quebec and our foreign visitors.
