As part of the Les Friands food event, the Town of Lac-Brome is looking for two volunteers.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist at the tasting kiosks and serve visitors.

Main responsibilities:

• For the fifth consecutive year, Conservation Lac Brome is partnering with Faisons notre part to organize a major lake cleanup.

• The event, to be held on July 11 at 400 Lakeside Road (access via Fisher's Point Road), aims to remove debris accumulated at the bottom of the lake through the collaboration of certified divers and volunteers.

• Two time slots are available: from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

• Several roles need to be filled: certified divers, non-motorized watercraft assistants, motorized watercraft assistants, and shoreline assistants.

• To prevent the spread of invasive exotic species, please clean your watercraft and nautical equipment at the Lac-Brome wash station (710 Lakeside Road) before participating.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy loads

• Ability to remain standing

• Please bring your own equipment based on your role (gloves, non-motorized watercraft, water safety equipment, diving equipment, etc.)
