Request to Participate in a Referendum — SCAOPI for 635 Lakeside Road

At its meeting held on September 8, 2026, Town Council adopted a second draft resolution concerning a SCAOPI application for the construction of a single-family dwelling at 635 Lakeside Road.

The project includes two exemptions from the applicable regulations, namely the location of the building within the 45-metre shoreline protection strip of the Quilliams wetland and its location three metres from the front lot line.

Interested persons in the affected and contiguous zones may submit a request to participate in a referendum no later than Monday, September 28, 2026, at 4 p.m.
